Yael Cosset - Kroger, Chief Digital Officer

At dunnhumby, Yael Cosset provides strategic leadership on all aspects of technology, infrastructure and product offerings throughout the organization. As Global Chief Information Officer, Cosset provides leadership focused on building innovative, world class products and solutions including an expanded portfolio in the digital personalization area. Cosset also serves as Chief Executive Officer of KSS Retail, a dunnhumby company and a global enterprise software provider of price modeling and optimisation solutions for retailers worldwide. He also serves on the Board of Directors for KSS Retail. Prior to joining dunnhumby, Cosset served as Vice President of Operations, West Region of MicroStrategy, a global leader in business intelligence technology, where he managed one of the largest and fastest growing segments of the business, including complex data analytics and business intelligence implementations with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his work with MicroStrategy, Cosset served as an executive business consultant in which he provided insight and direction on market expansion, product launches and growth strategies for global companies including Schneider Electric and Gregori International.

Taylor Davidson - Foresight, Founder

Taylor Davidson is the founder of Foresight, which helps entrepreneurs use financial models for business decisions. Through his template financial models and strategic advisory services, he has helped over 18,000 entrepreneurs on financial planning, projections, and fundraising and business strategy. Taylor has also worked with over 90 angel investors and funds on investment strategy, portfolio tracking, capital planning and forecasting, and fundraising. He has lectured at Carnegie Mellon University, Columbia University, School of Visual Arts (SVA), General Assembly, and numerous startup accelerators in the USA and abroad.

He has invested and advised a number of early-stage startups throughout his career as a venture capitalist, consultant, advisor, and mentor, working with consumer and enterprise businesses in digital media, advertising technology, imagery, mobile, and communications. Taylor was formerly the Director of kbs+ Ventures, the early-stage venture investment arm of the advertising agency kbs. In addition, he co-created and ran an internal educational program called kbs+ Ventures Fellows, which taught kbs+ employees about venture capital and entrepreneurship. He co-curated the book Creative Entrepreneurship to share this educational goal with anyone in the world.

Joe has more than two decades of creative, technical and business leadership creating new ventures and building successful organizations. He has extensive experience as a management consulting practice leader, a Fortune 100 senior operating executive, and a start-up founding CEO. He has a substantial focus on education, both as a teacher and as a board member, in the for-profit and non-profit worlds.As President of Fido Management, Joe leads a consulting partnership that works with senior executives to identify and exploit emerging opportunities at the intersection of media, entertainment, marketing and technology. Fido works with Fortune 500 and early-stage companies on key initiatives to drive growth through creation and evaluation of new products and experiences, and the development of strategic, business, operational, and marketing plans. In this role, Joe serves on the board of a number of early stage companies, including Go Go Kiddo (education-centric mobile Apps), Harebrained Schemes (narrative-driven games), and Kvantum (media mix optimization).Joe’s prior entrepreneurial experience includes Chairman, CEO, and co-founder of 42 Entertainment, the leading creator of experiences that seamlessly integrate online, mobile, and physical world narrative content with user communities; and founding CEO of Z.com, a venture- backed digital media studio and network. Joe’s prior corporate work includes serving as SVP of New Product Development at Walt Disney Imagineering, where he led the global development of theme park concepts and digital media initiatives, and built the company’s first digital theme park, DisneyQuest; as a Principal at management consultancy Booz, Allen & Hamilton, where he sold and led client engagements in marketing, operations, and organization; and in brand management at Procter & Gamble.Joe has an AB (Psychology) from Harvard and an MBA from Stanford. He is a Lecturer in Management at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, where he leads the IMPACT Consulting program for the second year MBA students. In 2012 Garrett continued to Unilever’s Slimfast and Dove Men + Care brands while earning his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Currently Garrett is the Brand Manager of Tyson Foods’ retail flagship frozen poultry business. During his career, Garrett has focused on both the brand development and the brand building of beauty, personal care, and food products.
