Adam Chandler - Kargo, Chief Business Officer

As Senior Vice President of revenue at Rubicon Project, Adam oversees the company’s North American revenue team across all enterprise products for buyers. Additionally, Adam leads many of the company’s strategic channel partnerships. Prior to joining Rubicon Project, Adam was a tenured Yahoo! executive overseeing US revenue teams responsible for over 250M+. 

Prior to Rubicon Project and Yahoo!, Adam has held a number of roles developing and scaling digital, mobile, and programmatic revenue. As head of programmatic global revenue at Millennial Media, Adam helped launch the MMX mobile global exchange which paved the way for Millennial Media’s acquisition of Nexage. As SVP of sales at Jumptap, he expanded the demand for mobile advertising prior to Millennial Media’s acquisition of the company. As CRO of Martini Media, he turned a conventional rep firm into a multimedia platform for brand, performance and programmatic advertising. 

Chandler is a frequent speaker on the conference circuit including Advertising Week, Adexchanger, & Adtech. Adam has taught digital media at the New School University and the Advertising Club of New York and covers digital media for leading advertising trade publications. Adam serves as the Vice Chairman of the UJA-Federation of New York’s Media & Tech Executive Committee, and is on a number of advisory boards including the seed stage start up accelerator The Brandery.

Nick Cioffi - Advisor to Early & Mid-Stage Companies

Nick joined in 2008 and was pivotal in the turnaround of the company and discovery of the Groupon business model. became Groupon and as SVP Operations for two years he played a critical role in the explosive growth of the company. Nick then spent a year based in Germany and travelled to Groupon offices globally focused on Groupon’s international operations. Prior to Groupon, Nick spent four years at Innerworkings on operations and M&A integration as the company went from startup to IPO. He is now advising promising early to mid-stage companies.

Bryon Colby - Cornerstone Brands, SVP Digital Commerce

Bryon has been in the retail and online industry since 1995 when his team built some of the first web-based transactional storefronts for publishers including Business Week and USA Today. He’s currently the SVP of Digital Commerce at Cornerstone Brands (Nasdaq: HSNI) where he leads digital strategy, mobile innovation, and technology operations across seven brands including Frontgate, Garnet Hill, Ballard Designs, Chasing Fireflies, Travelsmith, Improvements, and Grandin Road. Cornerstone’s 2012 digital penetration rate was 65% with over $650 million of sales generated from their desktop, mobile, tablet, and social channels. Previous roles include VP of Ecommerce at global fashion company Marc Ecko Enterprises; Managing Director at eCommerce platform developer Fry Inc. (serving clients such as Ann Taylor, Godiva Chocolate, Canon USA, Kraft, Yves Rocher, Nautica, Circuit-City, La-Z-Boy, and Waterford/Wedgwood); President of digital marketing agency Activelead Consulting; and the US Founder & VP at Scan Mobile (mobile commerce start-up). Bryon is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, serves on the Dreamit Ventures eCommerce Advisory Board, participates as a member of the Content Committee, and is a former founding Board Member of the largest charter school in New York City.

Yael Cosset - Kroger, Chief Digital Officer

At dunnhumby, Yael Cosset provides strategic leadership on all aspects of technology, infrastructure and product offerings throughout the organization. As Global Chief Information Officer, Cosset provides leadership focused on building innovative, world class products and solutions including an expanded portfolio in the digital personalization area. Cosset also serves as Chief Executive Officer of KSS Retail, a dunnhumby company and a global enterprise software provider of price modeling and optimisation solutions for retailers worldwide. He also serves on the Board of Directors for KSS Retail. Prior to joining dunnhumby, Cosset served as Vice President of Operations, West Region of MicroStrategy, a global leader in business intelligence technology, where he managed one of the largest and fastest growing segments of the business, including complex data analytics and business intelligence implementations with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his work with MicroStrategy, Cosset served as an executive business consultant in which he provided insight and direction on market expansion, product launches and growth strategies for global companies including Schneider Electric and Gregori International.

Taylor Davidson - Foresight, Founder

Taylor Davidson is the founder of Foresight, which helps entrepreneurs use financial models for business decisions. Through his template financial models and strategic advisory services, he has helped over 18,000 entrepreneurs on financial planning, projections, and fundraising and business strategy. Taylor has also worked with over 90 angel investors and funds on investment strategy, portfolio tracking, capital planning and forecasting, and fundraising. He has lectured at Carnegie Mellon University, Columbia University, School of Visual Arts (SVA), General Assembly, and numerous startup accelerators in the USA and abroad.

He has invested and advised a number of early-stage startups throughout his career as a venture capitalist, consultant, advisor, and mentor, working with consumer and enterprise businesses in digital media, advertising technology, imagery, mobile, and communications. Taylor was formerly the Director of kbs+ Ventures, the early-stage venture investment arm of the advertising agency kbs. In addition, he co-created and ran an internal educational program called kbs+ Ventures Fellows, which taught kbs+ employees about venture capital and entrepreneurship. He has extensive experience as a management consulting practice leader, a Fortune 100 senior operating executive, and a start-up founding CEO. He has a substantial focus on education, both as a teacher and as a board member, in the for-profit and non-profit worlds.As President of Fido Management, Joe leads a consulting partnership that works with senior executives to identify and exploit emerging opportunities at the intersection of media, entertainment, marketing and technology. Fido works with Fortune 500 and early-stage companies on key initiatives to drive growth through creation and evaluation of new products and experiences, and the development of strategic, business, operational, and marketing plans. Garrett D'Ottavio - Tyson Foods, Brand Manager

Garrett attended Miami University as a marketing major and then began his career at L’Oreal USA in NYC, working in brand management on the L’Oreal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline businesses. In 2012 Garrett continued to Unilever’s Slimfast and Dove Men + Care brands while earning his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Currently Garrett is the Brand Manager of Tyson Foods’ retail flagship frozen poultry business. During his career, Garrett has focused on both the brand development and the brand building of beauty, personal care, and food products.
